HOW TO ORDER A DESSERT TABLE

Like most of our couples, you probably haven’t had to order a dessert table before. So let's chat about what you're looking to see if you would like to book with us, from browsing our website to your wedding day!

Spend some time browsing our website and social media. Look at the dessert tables we make and the way that we work. We take the time to explain every detail: your dessert table menu choices, what allergies we cater for, how many desserts will be needed to serve guests, the decor, and everything that comes with the dessert table.

Ok, you're ready to start looking into a possible booking! Send us an enquiry to see if we're available to make your dessert table on your date. We will let you know straight away if we have space in the diary, how we can help, and provide a link to our wedding dessert table quote form.

On the Dessert Table form, you can add your wedding details, see photo examples of our dessert table styles and choose your favourite mini desserts. Don't be shy about what you love! What kind of day are you planning? Is it in a rustic barn or or a traditional stately home? Do you prefer classicwhite or glamorous gold? And we're happy to answer any and all questions.

Within a few days of your form getting back to us, we will send through a straightforward quote for you. It will include all of the details about your event (venue, date, delivery time) and what's included as part of your Dessert Table: decor, mini desserts, signage, allergy-friendly optionsThe price is broken down in the quote, and we're happy to help adjust it until it's suitable.

Once you’re happy with your quote, we'll get your booking done and dusted! 50% of your booking total secures your date in our diary. The remaining total is due at least 45 days before your Big Day. We'll send you email reminders around that time.

Over the months leading up to your wedding day, we’ll keep in touch as details are finalised. Around the time that your final instalment is due, we will get in touch to confirm on-the-day details: who to contact at the wedding venue, what time to arrive, etc. Typically, after our last email confirming details, we won’t speak until after your wedding day. During the week of your wedding, we will be preparing to create your Dessert Table and freshly baking everything so it's all ready to be served on the day of your wedding.

On the day, all of your mini desserts are boxed up ready to be delivered to the venue to be plated up and styled on your cake stands and platters. When it's all set up, we will ask your designated contact to sign for the Dessert Table and provide them with details on announcing the Dessert Table "open" at the time you choose. Then, enjoy! It's your Big Day, so don't forget to tuck in yourselves, too!
